Website and service terms
Last updated 25 October 2026
Website
The public website describes NitePilot for prospective business customers. It does not constitute an offer, professional advice or a guarantee that every module is included in every plan.
Subscription service
Use of the application requires an executed order form or subscription agreement. The organisation is responsible for authorised users, lawful data entry, retention choices, venue policies and maintaining accurate access permissions.
Availability and changes
Service levels, support hours, pricing, renewal, suspension, export and termination are governed by the signed customer agreement. NitePilot may make security or reliability changes where reasonably necessary.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, bypass tenant boundaries, upload unlawful material, interfere with the service or use identity evidence outside the venue’s approved lawful purpose.
Final contract
These are public website terms only. Customer-specific commercial terms, the data-processing agreement and service levels must be approved and signed before production onboarding.
